Noveltee Solutions LLC (“Noveltee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you. We have intentionally designed this site to collect as little information as possible.

Information we collect

We only receive information you choose to send us. The contact section on our home page provides an email link that opens your own email client with our address ready to receive your message. When you send that email, we receive:

• Your name (as provided in your email)
• Your email address
• The subject line and message content you write
• Any information your email provider attaches to outbound mail

If you ask us for beta access to a future Noveltee application, we will additionally record your email address (and any context you provided, such as the product or use case you are interested in) so we can notify you when access is available. These beta-signup details are manually transcribed by us from your email into a private spreadsheet stored in our business Google Drive account; we do not run any automated form processor or third-party signup service. We use these records solely to contact you about the beta you requested. You can ask us to delete your record at any time by emailing hello [at] novelteesolutions [dot] comEmail Noveltee Solutions, and we will remove it within a reasonable period.

How we use information

We use the information you send us solely to:

• Reply to your inquiry
• Provide information you requested (for example, beta access)
• Maintain a record of our correspondence in our email inbox

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data breach notification

In the unlikely event of a data breach involving your email address, we will notify you via the email on file within 72 hours of discovery.

Cookies, analytics, and tracking

This website does not set cookies, run analytics, embed tracking pixels, or load third-party advertising scripts. Web fonts are downloaded and self-hosted at build time using Next.js, so no requests are made to external font CDNs at runtime when you visit.

Hosting and log data

This website is hosted on Firebase App Hosting, a managed service operated by Google LLC on Google Cloud infrastructure. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record standard server log information (such as IP address, user agent, and request timestamps) for security, abuse prevention, and operational purposes. These logs are retained by Google under its standard policies, described in the Firebase Privacy and Security documentation and the Google Cloud Privacy Notice, and are not used by us to build profiles of individual visitors.

Data retention

Messages you send by email are kept in our inbox only as long as reasonably needed to address your inquiry and meet legitimate business or recordkeeping needs, after which they may be deleted or archived. Beta-access records are kept until you ask us to delete them or until the relevant product launches plus 6 months, after which records are purged.

Your choices

You may contact us at hello [at] novelteesolutions [dot] comEmail Noveltee Solutions to request a copy of, update, or delete any information you have voluntarily provided to us. We will provide this data in a portable, machine-readable format upon request.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
