Accessibility Statement

Noveltee Solutions LLC is committed to making this website usable by the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

Measures taken

Semantic HTML landmarks (header, main,section, footer) so assistive technology can navigate the page structure.
A “skip to main content” link as the first focusable element.
Visible keyboard focus indicators on all interactive controls (links, buttons, form fields).
Form Standards: While the site currently contains no interactive forms, we commit to using associated label elements for all future implementations.
Color contrast for body text and primary controls that meets or exceeds WCAG AA contrast ratios.
Animations honor the operating system’s prefers-reduced-motion setting and are disabled or minimized when that preference is active.
Decorative graphics are marked aria-hidden so they are ignored by screen readers.
Self-hosted fonts loaded with Next.js to avoid layout shift and flashes of unstyled text.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Areas we are continuing to improve include:

Comprehensive screen-reader testing across additional combinations of browsers and assistive technologies.
Independent third-party accessibility audits as our product surfaces grow.

Compatibility

This website is designed to be compatible with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) on desktop and mobile, and with commonly used screen readers including VoiceOver, NVDA, and TalkBack.

Standards reference

This statement is informed by the principles of WCAG 2.2 Level AA, Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act, and the European Accessibility Act. We have not yet obtained a formal third-party conformance audit; this statement is based on internal review.
